Experience

In recent years we turned a consultancy firm in a development company of urban residential and mixed-use projects, most of then in the Greater Metropolitan Area of San José (Costa Rica), with an emphasis on Rohrmoser neighborhood. Since 2015 we have been part of some of the most successful projects in this area.

Argo´s team has been involved in the different stages of more than 40 real estates projects in Costa Rica, Spain, Dominican Republic and Panama. Most recent finished projects are:

TriBCa Rohrmoser: Design and development of a 52 apartments building with LEED® Silver recognition in San José (Costa Rica).

Hyde Park: Development of a 38 luxury apartaments in Rohrmoser (Costa Rica).

Elysian Nunciatura: Development of a mixed use building with 37 luxury apartments and 2 commercial spaces in front of one of the most popular parks of San José (Costa Rica).

Pipeline

Argo is now under construction of two projects in San José: Aire Nunciatura and Start Sabana

Aire its going to be one of the most iconic buildings in Costa Rica, with 20 stories and a iconoclastic architecture. Aire is sold out and the delivery is expected for May 2023.

Start is a new concept of coliving in the district of Sabana, nearby the University of Medical Science (UCIMED), the most renowned medical university in Central America and the Caribbean. Start Active Apartments will have 128 units designed for university students and 10 commercial spaces to offer services to the community.
